Pregnant Care Program:

  • First visit:
    • Obstetrician-gynecologist consultation;
    • Echoscopy;
    • Total blood test;
    • Blood group and Rezus factor determination;
    • RPR (syphilis test);
    • HIV testing;
    • Immunoglobulin detection (Toxoplasmosis IgG and IgM, Cytomegalovirus IgG and IgM and Hepatitis B antigen);
    • Biochemical blood test (Kalis, Sodium);
    • Total urine test (at each visit);
    • Urine cure test;
    • Smear PSL.
  • Second visit (11-13 pregnancy weeks):
    • Obstetrician-gynecologist consultation;
    • Fetal echoscopy;
    • Prenatal risk study (PRISCA, AFP, HCG, uE3);
    • Total urine test (at each visit).
  • Third visit (18-20 pregnancy weeks):
    • Obstetrician-gynecologist consultation;
    • Fetal echoscopy;
    • Total urine test (at each visit).
  • Fourth visit (25-28 pregnancy weeks):
    • Obstetrician-gynecologist consultation;
    • Fetal echoscopy;
    • The determination of Rh antibodies by the indirect Kumbs method, when the female Rh (-) and the male Rh (+);
    • Glucose tolerance test for risk factors for diabetes mellitus;
    • Total urine test (at each visit).
  • Fifth Visit (30-32 pregnancy weeks):
    • Obstetrician-gynecologist consultation;
    • Fetal echoscopy;
    • Total urine test (at each visit);
    • Total blood test;
    • RPR (syphilis test);
    • HIV testing;
    • Smear PSL.
  • Sixth visit (35-36 pregnancy weeks):
    • Obstetrician-gynecologist consultation;
    • Fetal echoscopy;
    • Beta-haemolytic streptococci test;
    • Urine test.
  • Seventh visit (36-40 pregnancy weeks):
    • Obstetrician-gynecologist consultation;
    • Fetal echoscopy.

During the program, expectant mothers will have the opportunity to visit free courses organized by Biofirst clinic:

  • Nutrition during pregnancy;
  • Breast feeding;
  • Childbirth;
  • Newborn care.

Note: This pregnancy care program is based on a normal (non-pathological) pregnancy process. In the case of pathological pregnancy, additional services are provided separately.
